It is a difficult and stressful profession but with time you start to see rewarding behavior from students and it is a very honorable career.
What is one thing you would change to help kids learn better?
I would help them understand that they have more power than what sometimes they feel like they have. Kids come to school nowadays with so much pressure. Teaching them to believe in themselves has really been the key.”
