Our Response To COVID-19

Hello and greetings to all.

I believe that if everyone does what he or she can to make things better the cumulative results can be massive.

While each person can wash hands and socially distance oneself, business owners like me have an added responsibility. I control what happens and doesn’t happen at my business. We service an entire nation from our one location. So I have a special set of concerns as my actions impact many customers in many locations as well as my employees.

Here is what we are doing for the next two weeks through March 27th and how it will impact you - our valued customers.

Ben, who does the social media work, will be working from home. That means over the next two weeks there may be less content posted across our social channels.

Kelly, who does our customer service among other things, will be on a shortened schedule in the office. That means that the purchase orders, phone calls, or emails that normally get responded to in a few minutes may see a slight delay in the response.

Josh, Caleb, and Paula who take care of getting orders shipped out will be phased into 3 different compressed shifts to minimize their interaction. This means that it is possible orders take an extra day to ship in some cases.

My position is pretty flexible as I can do the most of my job with tech like my phone and laptop.  As such I will be minimizing my time in the office and doing anything remotely that is able to be done remotely.

These steps will lesson our interactions to a bare minimum and hopefully have just a small impact on the business.

I ask for your patience and understanding during this time. I apologize that we will not be as efficient as we normally are. But as a family owned and operated business, I make many decisions that impact many areas of my family. And some of them are tough ones.

We will get through this together.

If we are lucky, we will laugh and say how much we overreacted.

And I’d rather laugh and say I did too much than not sleep at night wishing I had done more.
