Our mission at the Mills County Sheriff’s Office is one of protection and service. Protection of our community is vitally important to us and we will, with diligence, proactively search out and suppress any illegal activity in our county. We will provide preventative, investigative and enforcement strategies, utilizing a whole of government approach, in being a deterrent to all civil unrest and criminal activity.

We will, with courtesy and respect, protect all rights and privileges of our citizens and those whom we come in contact with as determined by constitutional rights, law and policy.
