4/12-Parke County Sheriff's Deputy observed a motorcycle traveling West on US HWY 36 in the area of Cooke Road at 80MPH in a 55MPH speed zone. The Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop and the motorcycle continues West on US HWY 36 between 80-90MPH. The motorcycle stopped in the area of US HWY 36 in Midway. During the investigation the driver, identified as Brandon C. Laxton (46) of Clinton, In was arrested for resisting LE and OVWI. He is being held in the Parke County Jail on no bond.

4/12-Deputies arrested Brody Kyle Bunch (29) of Rosedale for Battery and Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after responding to a domestic situation at a residence in Rosedale on 4/12 at 0713hrs. He is held in the Parke County Jail on no bond.
