3. On July 13, 1900, a massive fire broke out in Oil City, Pennsylvania destroying much of the town's commercial district. Over 200 buildings were destroyed, including homes, businesses, and the town's opera house.

4. In 1985, the band Live, formed in York, Pennsylvania, played their first show at a local club called the Chameleon Club. The band would go on to achieve worldwide success with hit songs like "Lightning Crashes" and "I Alone."

5. On July 13, 1990, the construction of a $46 million indoor theme park called "Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park" was announced. The park, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, features over 30 rides, shows, and attractions geared towards families with young children. Today, it remains a popular tourist destination in the region.
